RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For hygiene and safety reasons, imitation jewellery once sold cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.

Damaged / Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with a clear continuous unboxing video and photos.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Normal wear and tear, scratches, improper handling, exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, or improper storage are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Slight variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting and photography.
• Approved defective-item claims will be handled by replacement, exchange, repair, or refund, as applicable.
• Any policy terms are subject to applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
